Welcome to thehydesalons.com (the “Site”). By accessing and using this website or booking services through it, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or book services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you are not authorized to use the Site or services.

2. Website Use License

  • Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on The Hyde Salons LTD’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

  • Under this license, you may not:

    • Modify or copy the materials.

    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

    • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on The Hyde Salons LTD’s website.

  • This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Hyde Salons LTD at any time.

3. Bookings

  • To make a booking for beauty treatments, follow the steps outlined on the Site.

  • Treatment prices are displayed on the Site and are subject to change. Changes to prices will not affect bookings made before the new prices take effect.

  • Your credit card will be authorised for the full booking amount but will only be charged at the time of treatment.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.

  • If The Hyde Salons LTD cancels your booking for reasons unrelated to late or non-arrival, your credit card will not be charged.

5. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available for purchase via the Site and are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with promotions unless otherwise stated.

6. Salon Policies

  • Clients aged 12-15 may have treatments with written parental or guardian consent. A parent or guardian must accompany the child during their treatment. Gel or extension treatments are not available for clients aged 12-15.

  • Children under 12 are not permitted to have treatments. Children may accompany a parent or guardian receiving a treatment but must be supervised at all times.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the salon.

  • Clients must not be intoxicated on the premises. Intoxicated clients may be asked to leave without refunds.

  • Alcohol may only be consumed by adults aged 18 or over. Identification may be required.

7. Patch Tests and Promotions

  • Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to complete a patch test may result in refusal of treatment, and the full treatment cost will still apply.

  • Promotions, including discounts, are valid for the period specified or six months, whichever is shorter. The Hyde Salons LTD reserves the right to revoke any promotion at any time.

8. Health Disclosures

  • By making a booking or purchasing a gift card, you confirm that all relevant health and medical information has been disclosed. Failure to disclose such information may result in the refusal of treatment, and the full treatment cost will still apply.

  • Relevant health conditions include but are not limited to:

    • Allergies or medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or diabetes).

    • Recent surgeries, cancer treatments, or significant medical interventions.

    • Skin conditions, infections, open wounds, or pregnancy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of The Hyde Salons LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of these materials is prohibited without express written consent.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The materials on the Site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. The Hyde Salons LTD disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
